This website is hosted by IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur, Germany. When you visit, server log files are processed (IP address, time of request, file requested, browser). Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation. A data processing agreement is in place.
If you use the enquiry form we process your name, email address and, where provided, phone number, company, type of enquiry, preferred date, location and your message, in order to respond. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering a contract) together with your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The data is deleted once it is no longer needed, at the latest when statutory retention periods expire.
Contacts and outgoing email are managed with Brevo (Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, Germany). The details you enter in the form are transferred there. If you opt in to updates, those are sent on the basis of your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; you can withdraw it at any time via the unsubscribe link or by email. A data processing agreement with Brevo is in place.
This website sets no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. One single cookie is used, and only once you have made a choice: em_calendar_consent stores whether you agreed to load the booking calendar. It contains nothing but "yes" or "no", expires after six months and is technically necessary to honour your decision (§ 25 (2) TDDDG). Until you agree, no connection to the booking provider is made. You can withdraw your choice at any time by deleting the cookies for this site in your browser settings.
Online booking runs on meetergo (meetergo GmbH, Germany). When you book, meetergo processes your name, email address, chosen slot and any further details you provide, in order to arrange the appointment and write it to our Google Workspace calendar. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. A data processing agreement is in place and data is processed on servers in Germany.
Bookings are synchronised with Google Workspace (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Appointment data and participants' email addresses are processed. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. A data processing agreement including standard contractual clauses is in place.
Videos load only after you actively click them. Before that click, no connection to YouTube or Vimeo is made. After the click, the respective provider (Google Ireland Limited or Vimeo Inc.) processes your IP address and usage data. YouTube is embedded in extended privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com) and Vimeo with the "do not track" parameter. Legal basis: your consent through the click, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
This site loads Space Grotesk and Inter from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google. If you prefer to avoid this, the fonts can be hosted locally on the server instead — just ask.
